2000 - 2005

Dr Harneet Ranu is a board certified dermatologist listed under the Ministry of Health and the National Specialist Register. She is an internationally recognised dermatologist with over 15 years experience in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr Ranu graduated from University Malaya in 2000, went on to pursue physicians training and conferred membership of the Royal College of Physicians United Kingdom, MRCP (UK) in 2004. She then went on to train in dermatology at the prestigious St John’s Institute of Dermatology, University College London, St Thomas and Guy’s Hospital, London. Dr Ranu passed the MSc in Clinical Dermatology (Lond) with Merit in 2005. She then worked with the NHS at St Margarets Hospital London.

2006

In 2006, Dr Ranu joined Singapore General Hospital and received further postgraduate training at the National Skin Centre, Singapore. In 2011 Dr Ranu was conferred Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine in Dermatology. Dr Ranu has full registration as a specialist in dermatology with both the Singapore Medical Council and Specialist Accreditation Board of Ministry of Health Singapore.

2011 - 2013

She worked as a consultant dermatologist at Singapore General Hospital and the renown Raffles Hospital, Singapore.

2015 - 2016

In 2015, Dr Ranu undertook further training and work experience in Melbourne, Australia to refine her skills in dermatologic surgery and management of skin cancers. Dr Ranu has been practising in Dubai in the field of cosmetic dermatology since 2016. She is an International Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD) (USA). She holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (USA). Dr Ranu holds two post graduate qualifications in Dermatology and Internal Medicine.
